Battlefield 2042 is not off to a good start, the game received numerous amounts of negativities feedback from their customers, those who pre-purchase the game even wanted their money back, saying the game is under their expectations and had lots of issues, such as performance issues. There are rumors saying the game player base could be "dead' by the time the first season arrives.
According to the Battlefield 2042 data miner, who reportedly found 12 weeks of pre-season weekly challenges in the game client. This is quite a long period of time for new content updates for a game which player already feel bored from the lack of content. However, it make sense that Battlefield 2042's developerhas to push back the first season release in order to continue of bug fixes and the overall game.
